About the role#
As an Engineering Intern at Bernhard, you will support technical teams by performing basic engineering tasks. This role provides an opportunity to learn organizational processes while contributing to active projects. You will work under direct supervision and handle basic tasks, referring complex issues to senior staff.
What you'll do#
- Learn internal processes and procedures.
- Contribute to assigned projects.
- Assist with the maintenance of documentation and records.
- Manage filing systems, drafting standards, and data resources.
- Organize and store engineering records, including maps, structural drawings, and graphs.
- Collect and code data for input procedures.
- Review existing records to prepare data and identify necessary revisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in a technical field.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.

- Location: Orlando, Florida.

- Compensation: Paid internship.
- Travel: Up to 5% travel to job sites or office locations.
- Physical requirements: Ability to perform light work, including moving objects up to 20 pounds.
