About the role#
As an Engineering Intern at Bernhard, you will support technical teams by performing basic engineering tasks. You will learn our internal processes and contribute to ongoing projects under direct supervision. This role is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Learn and apply organizational processes and procedures.
- Contribute to assigned engineering projects.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of records and documentation.
- Manage filing systems, drafting standards, and data resources.
- Organize and store engineering records, including maps, structural drawings, graphs, and design drawings.
- Collect and code data for input procedures.
- Review existing records to identify necessary revisions and prepare data.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a technical field.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High level of attentiveness.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
Location & details#
- Location: Salt Lake City, Utah.
- Modality: On-site.
- Travel: Up to 5% travel to job sites or office locations may be required.
- Physical requirements: Ability to perform light work, including moving objects up to 20 pounds, and remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
