About the role#
As a software developer intern, you will join teams supporting network development or trading activities. You will work on software with high computational requirements under the guidance of experienced technologists, with the goal of deploying your work during the internship. You will be immersed in complex projects that contribute to the progress of the company while participating in educational and social events.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary software solutions.
- Create web applications and dashboards for MLOps and data pipeline engineering.
- Build decoders for raw exchange data and normalizers to construct books for traded instruments.
- Develop tools for monitoring RF networks.
- Identify solutions to complex problems and communicate your ideas clearly.
- Conduct research using data-driven approaches and statistical analysis on large data sets.
- Collaborate with developers, quantitative market strategists, and business analysts in cross-functional teams.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related scientific discipline.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Exposure to networking programming (TCP/IP), multithreaded applications, and real-time programming.
- Understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, JavaScript (Node, React, or Angular), C++, Ruby, C#, Go, or Java.
- Curiosity to learn and apply new technologies.
