About the role#
As an Operations Analyst intern, you will join the Operations Chief of Staff function in our Houston office. You will work on projects that directly support our geothermal energy development. You will have a defined project to drive throughout the 12-week program and will present your results to our leadership team at the end of the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support data analysis and reporting for key operations metrics.
- Build dashboards and tracking tools for Operations leadership.
- Prepare materials for operations business reviews.
- Manage ad hoc analytical projects for the Chief of Staff function.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising Junior, Senior, Master's, MBA, or PhD candidate.
- Strong Excel and analytics skills. SQL or Python experience is a plus.
- Ability to synthesize data into clear takeaways for leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort presenting to stakeholders and leadership.
- An interest in Data Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
- Initiative and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
