About the role#
This internship is a 10-week program where you will join the team responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure and pipelines used for firm-wide data. You will work alongside experienced engineers, receive mentorship throughout the summer, and contribute to production code. This program serves as a primary path for identifying candidates for full-time roles.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain data infrastructure and pipelines.
- Work directly with experienced data engineers on real projects.
- Follow the full-cycle process for development, testing, and release using Agile methodologies.
- Apply your programming and analysis skills to maintain and build data solutions.
What you'll need#
- Hands-on experience with Python development on a Linux platform.
- A strong understanding of data structures and threading models.
- Experience working within a team.
- Comfort using Claude Code.
- A focus on solving complex problems.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.
