About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Mehoopany, Pennsylvania. You will work on-site at a client location to assist with the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems and components.
What you'll do#
- Use 3D CAD skills to support mechanical engineering and design for custom machine projects, including rebuilds, retrofits, and new designs.
- Assist with system and mechanical analysis.
- Troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues during design and construction.
- Keep accurate project records and help prepare deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree program for Mechanical Engineering at an ABET-accredited school.
- Practical experience or coursework using Inventor, SolidEdge, or Solidworks.
