About the role#
The Financial Systems Intern will join our team at the corporate headquarters in Houston for the summer of 2027. You will work alongside our Accounting Financial Systems team to support various business units. This is a full time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Collect, record, summarize, and report on accounting transactions.
- Research and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Provide ad hoc information to assist with ongoing work and special projects.
- Handle general clerical tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or recent graduation from a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting or a related business field.
- Completion of at least 60 hours of college coursework.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle information with tact and diplomacy.
- Proven organizational and analytical skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Location: Houston, Texas.
- Modality: Hybrid, with 4 days per week in the office.
- Term: Summer 2027, from mid-to-end of May through the beginning of August.
