About the role#
This internship provides a direct role in our hardware innovation efforts. You will work on projects related to Powerblock equipment, specifically focusing on heat exchangers and air-cooled condensers. You will own a project scoped by your manager for the duration of the 12-week term. At the end of the summer, you will present your findings to our executive leadership and department leads.
What you'll do#
- Support innovation work for heat exchangers and air-cooled condensers.
- Assist with design analysis, vendor research, and testing.
- Document technical findings and track design iterations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior, Senior, or Master's candidate graduating within the next year.
- Interest in Mechanical Engineering, heat transfer equipment, and hardware design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort presenting technical work to stakeholders and leadership.
- Initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
