    About the role#

    As a Bridge Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by working on bridge projects. You will work under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager to apply standard engineering techniques and procedures. This role offers the opportunity to connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring and professional programs.

    What you'll do#

    • Work on bridge projects to gain practical experience.
    • Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to tasks.
    • Complete assignments under the supervision of a Project Manager or professional engineer.
    • Engage with company leaders and recent graduates.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
    • A commitment to active participation in our employee-owned culture.
    • Preference is given to local candidates and those who have completed 3 years of their degree with a 3.0+ GPA.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of software packages relevant to your field of study.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Mobile, Alabama.
    • This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
    • The term is rolling.
    • No relocation or housing assistance is provided.
